MOW extra 32 was stopped at the Lacey Spring interlock. Since Extra 43 West was coming up behind a flagman was sent out to protect extra 32.
Unfortunately the flag man was run over by Extra 43 West! Now engineer Dick is a fugitive on the RUN!
