This is the end of the line for the Blue Ridge Route and the interchange point with the N&W. Engines and observation cars are turned on the turntable located here. The crew of train #130 lays overnight here so it can pickup the N&W interchange traffic in the morning as train #131. The track plan was inspired by the track arrangement on the Western Maryland at Frostburg, Maryland.
