Arriving Interchange Cars Report

This report is generated from the Car Table and lists all of the interchanges and the cars that need to be loaded onto them for the next operating session. I take this report and use it to locate each car listed and place it on the interchange noted. I then look at the loaded status and place a Waybill in each loaded car to route it to is proper destination.

Business Waybill Report

This report lists all of the businesses that have product to ship for this cycle of the layout. I go down this report and place a waybill in each Business Card for each entry on the report. I then look for an MT car at the business or in the same town and either place the Waybill in the Car Card if one is located at the business or an MT request in the Car Card if a car is located in the same town. If neither, I place an MT request at White Hall yard for the yardmaster to locate and route an MT car to this business.

That is it! The layout is staged.
