Attendees: George Gaige (tpamym), Philip Taylor, Jerry Ritter, Doug Barry (whaym), Mike Kipps, Glenn Downing (whym), Wayland Moore (o) and Dick Munnikhuysen (d).

During dispatcher Dick's opening remarks emphasis for this session was placed on keeping the trains on scheduled or as close to schedule as possible. White Hall yard was instructed to give more priority to the scheduled than to the consist. Meaning if there were cars in White Hall that were destined for a departing train but the scheduled departure time would not allow placing them in the consist then so be it. As a result of this most of the session ran on scheduled. That is until the very end when the yard got away from Glenn and Doug and the Super had to come by and make some recommendations to make sure the perdiem charges didn't go through the roof. But in spite of the number of cars in White Hall a post session audit showed the yard to be in pretty good shape. Quite a bit of sorting will have to take place before the next session but at least no foreign cars were left on the E&P. My congratulations go out to all of today's crew for a good session.

I do have to make one final comment. Anyone who catches a train from Northern VA to Charlottesville to spend the night in order to catch a ride to the session gets the prize for commitment. And that goes to Glenn Downing!
