The 93rd session saw the creation of the 14th FQO when Doug Barry completed his assignment as dispatcher and earn his FQO status. This session was evenly split between FQOs and non FQOs and it ran very well. Maybe having fewer FQOs is the key. There was a lot of traffic for the Hood Turn which required a second section. And there was a lot of work for the Broadway Turn but it was just under the max car count and therefore didn't need a second section. Doug did an excellent job as dispatcher keeping everything on schedule until #30/31 departed White Hall about an hour late and since the E&P only has one coach this causes all subsequent passenger trains to run late. The freight kept on schedule.
