The 69th OPS session was "The Good", "The Bad" and "The Ugly". We did have the full range of performance. And it was not consistent even to an attendee. One movement the attendee would be "The Good" and the next "The Bad". There were a lot of miss spotted cars and the White Hall assistant yard master tried to crush the Kipper with the yard engine! But then there were several situations where I expected problems and they were handled very smoothly. Go figure. And one attendee had a problem recognizing RED signals and he is an FQO! Most of the session ran two hours (fast clock time) late but we did get everything run. I still had fun and hope everyone else did as well.
