Dispatcher Mike Kipps earn FQO (Fully Qualified Operator) status this session becoming FQO #8. Even though Mike started our very nervous he did an excellent job! This was a very smooth session schedule wise. However there were more than enough uh ohs through out the session. And the CEO was on top of the crews today. Something the crews are not used to.
