Attendees: Philip Taylor (o), Bill Huberth, Jerry Ritter (whym), Mike Kipps, Wayland Moore, Glenn Downing (whaym), Bill Mosteller (d), and Dick Munnikhuysen (tpym).
Two more operators obtained their FQO (Fully Qualified Operator) status with this session. Bill Mosteller became FQO #5 when he held the dispatcher's position even though he spent more time out of the dispatcher's office than in and sent trains up to Swift Run with nowhere to go, a common dispatcher mistake. The CEO and Superintendent did discuss whether or not his lack of time in the dispatcher's office should impact his FQO status and decided the title was based on positions held and not quality so we decided to award him the FQO title. Philip Taylor became FQO #6 when he held the operator's position. Jerry manned the White Hall YM position and had an interesting concept of a mixed train. Even though this was the second running under timetable #16 errors were found between printed timetables and between the timetable and the White Hall documentation. That will be corrected before the next session.
