Even though one attendee had to back out at the last minute and we didn't have a full crew we still ran with the dispatcher and operator positions. Jerry took the dispatcher position, seemed to like it and became FQO (Fully Qualified Operator) #2. The problem with the power district just west of Thorny Point happened again and this time it appears it only happens when entering this district from the east and not from the west. It also seems to only affect the Tsunami decoders. Now I really will need to get this fixed.
