Attendees: Skip Barber (whaym), Chris Jessee, Mike Kipps, Bill Huberth, Philip Taylor (tpym), Wayland Moore (o), Steve Robbins (d), Bill Mosteller and Glenn Downing (whym).

Since we had a full crew we ran with the dispatcher and operator positions staffed and used the new process of assigning positions. Whenever we have a full crew we will be assigning the positions of dispatcher, operator, White Hall YM and assistant YM, and Thorny Point YM to those attendees that have yet to man these positions. During this session Steve was assigned dispatcher duties and with that became FQO (Fully Qualified Operator) #1. Wayland took on the operator duties, Glenn White Hall YM and Skip White Hall assistant YM. Several strange things occurred during this session. First one of the blue LEDs would not light until I shocked it on with a higher voltage. That has not happened for several years. Second, I would loose control of engine #40 in only one power district. All other engines ran through the district just fine and #40 worked in all other power districts. Strange. And lastly the send button on the operator's radio continuously stuck in the on position. It was one of those sessions!
