Attendees: Mike Kipps (whaym), Bill Mosteller (tpym), Glenn Downing, George Gaige (o), Steve Robbins, Jerry Ritter (d), Wayland Moore (whym) and Dick Munnikhuysen.
The 156th session was staffed by all FQOs and their performance did not disappoint. Glenn Downing wins the Staying In Character prize coming dressed as a conductor for his assignment to passenger service. Several drug test would be administered the results of which should be available Monday. The engineer of #121, Steve, appeared to have a falling out with his train crew and left them in Broadway along with their caboose. (The superintendent also seemed to be unaccounted for since his car was the last car on this train and even he did not catch the omission until arrival in White Hall.) And the train crew for #30/31 seemed to have other priorities in Stanley. All they did was turn their engine and move the caboose. They did not pickup the box car at the team track or re-arrange the passenger consist. There was some story about white lightning but that has not been confirmed. (We are waiting on the drug test.) The box cab in Thorny Point stopped working and will be headed to the shop. Another engine was delivered from White Hall to keep Thorny Point operational.
