June 21, 2015 - The 130th session was attended by the top eight senior FQOs. Dispatcher Steve opened the session with a railroad trivia quiz for this very senior crew. The answers were enlightening and the responses all over the board. As for the crew's performance running the railroad management had very low expectations but the crew rose to the occasion and exceeded even management's highest expectations! Quite a few extras were run (even some unplanned) but dispatcher Steve took them in stride. White Hall was able to get the passenger trains out close to on time. The CEO ran without incident. And the meets between #11 and #110 at Hood, and between #4 and #31 at Stanley even took place as scheduled. There were some instances of trains leaving without orders and/or clearance but they were caught and the crews sent back to their originating point to get said paperwork. The after session audit found no issues. Another rare occurrence. And there were no radio issues. A very good session!
