May 17, 2015, what a good session! Even though the radio stopped working, again, Howard survived the dispatcher's job, operator Doug kept control of Hood, Steve and Jerry didn't fight too much in White Hall, the RF&P interchange was very generous with immediate greens, and Mike got assigned to the pig trains. All was right with the world. We did set a new record for missing uncoupling sticks at six. Somebody must be stocking their layout. Engine 21 would not get the standard #10 consist out of White Hall so we had to double head it. And Dick lent me two of his walkie talkies since mine were in the process of being repaired. But other than that everything went smoothly. A very good session all in all.
