April 19, 2014 - The 115th OPS session had its moments. The yard master put the observation car White Hall in the turntable pit, Mike decided all red signals were optional and Laurel of Laurel And Hardy showed up to dispatch. White Hall yard was on the brink of chaos most of the day but seemed to get the trains out close to on time. The new Easton And Potomac fish belly box cars relived quite a backlog of MT requests. And an after session audit found most cars ended up where they were supposed to be. Most, not all. A TT/TO discussion followed the session and an attempt was made to break the "mother may I" approach to train movement. I will probably need to emphasize this at the beginning of each session to get it to stick.
