Attendees: Wayland Moore, George Gaige (whym), Bruce Kaufman (tpym), Dick Munnkihuysen and Doug Barry.

The 113th OPS session was a Wednesday night session. Shift start came and went and one of the attendees was nowhere to be seen. Calls to his home and cell did not produce any results. So a call was made to Doug to see if he could fill in. (Doug lives about a mile away.) Doug graciously agreed. About five minutes later the missing attendee showed up and about two minutes after that Doug. So we held this session with one more attendee that normal. It all worked out and George had an assistant during the whole session which was a good thing since the traffic in White Hall was heavy. By the end of the session White Hall was in good shape and the interchange traffic was on their respective interchanges. There were some issues with stalling so the next couple of days will be engine and track maintenance to get ready for the next Saturday session.
