Attendees: Glenn Downing (tpym), Doug Barry (whym) and Bill Mosteller.

The 104th OPS session held on March 25th at 1:00 PM was a reschedule of a snow canceled session originally scheduled for Wednesday night March 6th, and it almost didn't happen. The next snow to hit the ground since March 6th came the night of March 24th and the day of March 25th. But since the layout had been staged the session needed to be run to clear and reload the interchanges so the layout could be staged for the next session. So snow or no snow the session was going to be held! Three of the four signed up were able to make it. One attendee could not make it and a fill in could not be found so we had to run one short. But even with one short we kept most of the schedule on time up to the last two interchange runs and the final passenger train. We did have one problem with train consists that wasn't caught in White Hall and had to be corrected in Hood. (Walking a train is a two step process.) And for Glenn and Bill this would be an "OP Till You Drop" day as they would go to Doug's Accomack & Norfolk Railroad to operate after leaving here.
